Retreats
Our retreats are held at 'Di's Place' - a relaxing venue near the beach with residential accommodation for small groups of 10 and serving home cooked vegetarian food. Di's Place also has a yoga studio and in house massages by appointment.

A Course in Living Balance
The Course in Living Balance includes all of the Living Balance services in one package. This course has been conducted a number of times over the last six years with significant behaviour change outcomes compared with typical health promotion strategies. The results speak for themselves.
Our next course starts in October 2013.

Inclusions:
Pre & post assessment of Life Balance and Health Age
The Life Balance Profile and Health Age Calculator are used to measure baseline and improvement criteria. They are also used as a valuable coaching tool; identifying areas for goal setting and recommendations for improvement. We can provide improvement reports for individuals, groups or organisations..
Workshop Series
The course is usually conducted over 10 weeks (2hrs/week) for optimal results but can also be provided over six half days.

Life Coaching
Coaching sessions are provided at a number of points throughout the course, to assist individuals in the personal application of the course content with regard to goal setting, personal improvement plan and overcoming barriers to sustainable behaviour change.
Resources
All course participants are provided with the 'Living Balance - A Journey to Wellness Workbook' and other articles and handouts during course sessions. They also receive all membership benefits including a regular newsletter and follow up after the course.
Corporate Wellness Program
Our corporate programs can include all aspects of the 'Course in Living Balance' combined with other leadership & team development experiences tailored to the specific needs of your organisation. Our facilitators have over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of corporate health & wellness programs and have also been delivering leadership and team development programs to Australian and overseas companies since the mid 90's. The Living Balance Corporate Wellness Program was first piloted in 2005 with Flinders University and the Office of Business & Consumer Affairs - see the results.
