About Us
OUR STORY
The Living Balance Program was developed from our collective experience working in the fields of health and fitness, life balance, stress management, personal development and performance enhancement. As educators, facilitators, counselors and coaches we recognise the diversity of factors which contribute to sustainable changes in thinking and behaviour. It is our intention to provide a process and experience that results in positive and lasting change, so that more people can experience wellness as a way of being.
The program was created in 2005 by Wayne and Gabrielle Enright; and has continued to evolve after being piloted with a number of organisations including the Office of Business and Consumer Affairs, EDS Computers and Flinders University.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to inspire and empower people to live more consciously in balance with their values and authentic nature; creating positive and lasting changes that assist them to live their best life.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to create effective learning experiences and tools that people can use to change their thinking, feeling and behaviour in a way that influences positive change in the world. We aim to leverage our ability to positively influence the wellness of communities around us and beyond, by also teaching others to teach the art of living balance.
OUR GUIDING VALUES
Balance
We make our personal wellness, quality of life and relationships a priority, so that we can sustain our capacity to live mindfully, teach effectively, lead by example and enjoy the joourney.
Authenticity
We demonstrate integrity in the way we live, teach and do business; by being authentic, open and honset in our dealings with each other, our clients and professional colleagues. We are also true to our own nature, our values and our purpose and our personal truth.
Learning
We pursue continuous improvement personally and professionally by being open minded, innovative and adventurous in the way we live, learn and teach. We provide learning experiences that are memorable, simple, diverse and inspirational.
Above the Line
'Above the line' behaviours are all about taking responsibility for how we choose to respond to situations, people, challenges and changes that confront our comfort zone or preferred expectations. We choose to respond constructively to life's challenges (without blame, justifications, excuses or invalidating others or self) We are professional in our dealings with others.
Nature
Nature reminds us to make the complex simple, to be partient, allowing and in alignment with Nature's principles such as cycles, seasons, diversity, birth, growth, death, change, balance, inter-dependence & collaboration If something isn't flowing or we're not sure what to do; we ask 'what would Nature's solution be?'
Clear Communication
We endeavor to listen, question, clarify, negotiate and give feedback without invalidating others. We are open, clear, honest and respectful in our communication.
Enjoyment
There is an element of joy and fun in everything we do and we are mindful to create time and space for enjoyment in the way we live, learn and work together.
